It’s a type of SEO contract where you are not going to pay anything unless your site ranks in Google search results for your keywords. Generally this agreement is signed for a minimum period of 4 months. The reason behind this is sometimes the keywords might take serious amount of time to rank.

How does “Pay when you rank” work?

We are making it very simple for you. To sign up for it, you need to pay $25 and submit your keywords and URLs via a submit-form you will be redirected once the payment is made. The reason why we are doing this is to avoid SPAM enquiries. We wish to work only with serious clients.

After reviewing your keywords as well as your website for any kind of “on-page issues” as per Google’s quality guidelines, we will come up with a pricing plan and an agreement within 1 or 2 business days. We might suggest some alternative keywords as well.

Now you’ll need to decide which keywords you want to go for? Once you finalize your keywords, sign up for the agreement, we will start working on your project.

When will I be actually paying?

SEOLace gives you pricings for the top 20 positions classified into 5 levels.

Level 3	6 to 10
Level 4	11 to 15
Level 5	16 to 20

Each level will have a specific pricing which will be mentioned in the contract and when your site ranks within that level or range you will be invoiced for it monthly up to 4 months from the date when the site starts appearing at any levels mentioned above. As your site rankings will improve over the time with our SEO efforts, you will be switched and charged for those specific levels after 30 days from the date your site appearing in search results for any chosen keywords. It means that the contract actually starts for a specific keyword when your site ranks for it in top 20 positions. And this will be the date for your next payment for that specific keyword. It applies to each keyword individually that you select when signing up the contract.

How long is the contract?

“Pay when you rank” program is set up for four months from the date when your site starts appearing in top 20 positions. You cannot cancel the contract before 4 months. Client will be invoiced only when the site ranks in top 20 positions for any keywords specified in the contract.

What if my website is already ranking in top 20 positions over Google?

We do check your current rankings for specified keywords before writing up an agreement. So if your site is ranking in top 20, you will be given pricings only for upper levels. Suppose your site ranks #18 which mean that you are already in Level-5. In this case you will only get pricings for upper levels other than Level-5.

What about Yahoo, Bing and other search engines?

We count only Google rankings and we do not count on Yahoo or Bing rankings. It doesn’t matter if your site ranks or not in Yahoo or Bing. We will not charge you for that.

Rank Maintenance Program

A client can switch to “Rank Maintenance Program” for any specific keyword(s) specified in the contract once the keyword(s) are in top 5 positions. Upon switching to “Rank Maintenance Program”, the keyword(s) pricing will be reduced by 50%.The client will be able to cancel the monthly charges for “Rank Maintenance Program” anytime after 30 days.

Can I only sign-up for 1st page rankings on Google?

Unfortunately SEOLace cannot offer this. It’s based upon the fact that SEOLace takes all the responsibility and the risks giving you a freedom with upfront payments. Your payments help us to invest more on your own campaign and to deliver best results.

How long will it take to rank my site?

It depends upon the competition for your keywords, your site structure and many other factors. To simplify this we give some assumptions on the period required for every keyword that you choose.

Do you provide reports?

Yes, we do provide reports via email. Each month you will get an update on your rankings and work done.
